Kobe, Hi Chef, Rilakkuma San!

Rilakkuma Store in Kobe has opened for a year since April 2014. In celebrating its 1st Anniversary, as a tradition, San-X has released a limited edition for that. We often introduce the Plushies right away. But this time, we do it in a different way.

First we come give a very brief geographical information about Kobe. The city Kobe located in the middle of Japan, west of the Osaka (Osaka and Kyoto were one of the very important cities in the history of Japan). When you typed in Kobe in Google Map, it gives you the location below:

Okay, enough for the geography. Back to the plush! As usual, there are Rilakkuma, Korilakkuma and Kiiroitori for the limited edition. For this series, personally, I like Kiiroitori the most, and you know why when seeing him below!

He is actually in a paper bag! With the bread also in the bag. The theme of this limited edition is Chef I think. Rilakkuma and Korilakkuma being the chef, Kiiroitori helplessly becomes the food! lol. Anyway, he looks very happy in it πŸ™‚

What I also like about this series is the ribbon on the bottom, “1st Kobe”. (But Michelle told me at a later time that the ribbons are not unusual in the limited edition… the word I was looking for is “Anyways..”, I like it).

Next, we have Rilakkuma.Β IMG_0138

Rilakkuma this time become a nice chef (at least his uniform!)

On his left hand side, I bet this is a beacon(?). lol.

These are the hat and the back (also the product tag) of the Rilakkuma.

Next we have Korilakkuma as the chef assistant (I am subjective, there shouldn’t be 2 chefs in the same kitchen, I personally believe they are working for the Rilakkuma Restaurant lol).

Every parts of Korilakkuma are in so much details. Some time Korilakkuma version in the series has more details than Rilakkuma, and so does this series.
